This 50's style movie poster painting of "POTASSIUM" was created on a 41 cm x 27 cm wood panel. 
The texture was created with varnish to replicate the way a poster would look like hanging on a wall. The painting was created with acrylics and some details required a one 3-hair brush. It took me 1 month roughly to finish this painting, excluding all the commissions I've finished during this time. 
 
I adore these old movie posters and thought I would make my own of "Potassium" which is about a banana shark terrorising Australia, strongly inspired by movies such as "Landshark", "Sharktopus" and "Sharknado" 
 
My love for bad horror movies like that developed over time and now, with this poster I've created my own version of these masterpieces.
