What are the shipping options?


Depending on the product you have 2 shipping options which is standard and express. If it is more than just a print (which will be sent as a letter) It will have tracking.
The tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your parcel arrives at the post office and you will be able to keep track of the shipping process, when you type in your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au/track
If you only ordered a standard print or 2, you will not receive any tracking information because it will be sent as a letter/document.




What do I do if I received a damaged print/painting?


I always make sure to take great care in the packaging of any artwork I send, but if you do receive a damaged product I'd require you to contact me through the contact section here or send an email to adriana.artmeier@web.de with a picture of the damaged product.
We can take different steps from there. Most likely you'll have to send the product back and after assessing the return, you'll either receive a refund or another product. If it is an Original, the shipping company will most likely be contacted and you will receive a refund from them.
