This little painting is about nostalgia being triggered by certain scents. 

I found this tiny perfume bottle in the attic over a decade ago, between my late grandmother's art supplies. As soon as I took the cap off, it took me back to a time when we were both painting on the floor with her watercolours. 

I've been carrying this little bottle around with me since then.
