During one of my therapy sessions (during lockdown) my therapist advised me to think of something that makes me happy which was a bit of a bittersweet advice as the only thing I could think of was the ocean which was to far away at the time (because we were only allowed to move in a 5 kilometer radius during stage 4) so .. I ended therapy as it didn't help for me during that time but painting the ocean did which is the reason I created numerous during that time and still do.
